For white belts with no yellow tags on their belts:

3rd Class Drills

The first KBT grading is for the students to get used to the grading process. It is a formal occasion so full suit must be worn. The students will be expected to perform the above four drills and also:

* Partner training
* Non contact sparring using all techniques taught in class

The instructors will make you feel welcome and reassured. Don't be nervous-it's going to be fun!

For white belts with one yellow tag on their belts:

2nd Class Drills

The second KBT grading involves a little bit more concentration and co-ordination. Make sure you practice the reverse punch thoroughly. The students will be expected to perform the above four drills and also:

* Partner training
* Non contact sparring using all techniques taught in class

By now you should know what to expect, so there will be less nerves.

For white belts with two yellow tags on their belts (or Karate Kids who haved moved up to the main program) :
You will be tested on the 3rd Class and Second Class Drills PLUS the drills below to get your full Yellow Belt. Exciting isn't it!!!!
